Aiken Trials

In March of 2023, I captured the energy of the 80th Running of the Aiken Trials, the first leg of Aiken, South Carolina’s Triple Crown. This set of photos was a solo exercise in shooting high-speed sports and practicing composition techniques, while also capturing the thrill of an event that draws nearly 10,000 spectators to my hometown each year.
